STEP 1
Connect your tools
Coterie finds the official CLIs you already use and checks that they are signed in, through their own sign-in windows. It reads their real usage limits. It never reads or stores their credentials.
Coterie › How it works
Coterie is a Windows app that coordinates Claude Code, Codex and Antigravity on one project. An architect plans, developers build in parallel, a different model reviews, you test the result and decide what merges. Here is each step.
STEP 1
Coterie finds the official CLIs you already use and checks that they are signed in, through their own sign-in windows. It reads their real usage limits. It never reads or stores their credentials.
STEP 2
You write the goal in plain words. The architect reads the code and proposes small tasks, each with acceptance criteria, the files it may touch and what it waits for. Nothing starts until you confirm the plan.
PLAN · Folio · 3 tasks · 2 shifts
Book layoutshift 1
Content engineshift 1
Render and flipwaits for 2
STEP 3
Each task runs in its own git worktree, so agents never overwrite each other and your main branch stays untouched. Tasks that do not wait for each other start together, on whichever CLI still has room.
STEP 4
When a task is done, Coterie runs your project’s own checks on the exact files, then a model from another provider reviews the diff against the criteria. Missing evidence is reported as missing, never as approved.
Codex · Lunaapproved
npm test · 12/12 · typecheck · passed
same files for checks and review: 7e41c2a
STEP 5
When a goal is complete, “Test the result” opens the finished project in a separate window, served from a read-only copy with the network blocked. You try it like a user, without rebuilding anything by hand.
STEP 6
What needs you is the lit star on the map. Read the report, look at the changes, approve and merge, or send it back with a note.
Autonomy
You start each shift of tasks and approve every merge.
Confirming the plan starts the work. You approve each merge.
Changes merge only after passing checks and complete reviews. You can pause or stop at any time.
Per project
Each role has its own ordered list of models, and each project can use its own. Rules, limits and spending caps are set per project too.
Join the beta and be among the first to run Coterie on your own repository: plan, parallel build, cross-review, test the result, merge.
You need Windows 10 or 11, git, and at least one of Claude Code, Codex or Antigravity installed and signed in. No new subscription.
