Coterie private beta privacy notice

Last updated: 17 October 2026. Offline manages registrations for the Coterie private beta.

What we collect

Your email address, optional role and workflow interests (stack), registration source and registration and consent timestamps. Source is the utm_source tag in the page URL, or the referring website hostname; we do not store the full referring URL. Without either, the source is recorded as coterie-landing.

Why we collect it

With your consent, we use these details to manage beta access, select testing cohorts, send beta invitations and related updates, and understand which channels bring registrations. Registration does not require an email confirmation.

Where it is stored

Registration data is stored in Cloudflare D1. We use Resend to send registration receipts; Resend processes your email address and message contents. We store a delivery attempt status and provider message identifier in D1. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Cloudflare also processes an anti-bot verification token through Turnstile; the token is checked for the submission and is not stored with your registration.

How long we keep it

We retain beta registration data for up to 12 months after your latest registration, or until you withdraw consent and request deletion, whichever comes first.

Withdraw consent or request deletion

Use the personal deletion link in your receipt to withdraw consent and delete your D1 registration and delivery record, or email coterie@offlinestudio.eu from the address you registered and ask us to delete your beta registration. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out with your consent.
